Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What you need, what it costs, and what happens when you miss a week. If something is not answered here, write to us — we answer within one working day.

Do I need a gym?
No. DRAWorkout is built for bodyweight and resistance-band training in whatever space you have. The only equipment you need is one resistance band and enough room to lie down with your arms out. A pull-up bar and parallel bars are optional — switch them off in the app and the deck deals around them. What one resistance band covers →
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once installed on your phone, DRAWorkout deals a full workout with no signal at all, including every card image, and times the session as normal. Workouts you complete offline are saved on the device and synchronise automatically the next time you have a connection.
Is it on the App Store or Google Play?
No. DRAWorkout is a progressive web app, which means you install it straight from draworkout.app in your browser — on iOS through Share then Add to Home Screen, on Android through the install prompt or the browser menu. It then behaves like any other app on your phone, including working offline. There is no store download and no store account needed.
How long does a workout take?
It depends on the hand you are dealt and how many circuits you choose. You pick between one and five circuits before you start, and the app estimates the time per circuit so you know what you are committing to. A single-suit workout of five cards for one circuit is a short session; a ten-card Full Body Blaster for three circuits is a long one.
What are the five suits?
Push, Pull, Legs, Core and Cardio. Every exercise card in a deck belongs to one of them, which is how the app balances a workout. You can train one suit on its own, combine two, or work the whole body across all five. How the deck works →
What is the difference between the two decks?
Foundations is beginner bodyweight training — 60 cards that build the base everything else stands on, and the place to start if you are returning to training or beginning for the first time. Progressions is 62 cards of advanced bodyweight and resistance-band work for people already training, with harder progressions of the same five suits. The two decks share no exercises.
Which deck should I start with?
Start with Foundations if you are new to training, coming back after a break, or unsure. Start with Progressions if you already train regularly and want more load and variation. If you are between the two, Foundations is the safer choice — the movements progress within the deck, so it does not run out from under you quickly.
Is there a free trial?
No. DRAWorkout is a monthly subscription with no trial period and no lifetime purchase. You can cancel any month, from the website, without signing in — so the shortest possible commitment is one month.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at €7.99 a month for one deck. Two decks is €12.99 a month, five licences is €24.99, and ten licences is €39.99. A licence is one deck for one person. All prices are the total you pay — under § 19 UStG no VAT is added. See all plans →
Can I share it with my family?
Yes. The five- and ten-licence plans give you a budget of licences that you hand out to other people, each with their own account and their own history. One licence is one deck for one person, so five licences could be five people with one deck each, or fewer people with both decks.
How do I cancel?
From the cancellation page on this website, without signing in and without contacting anyone. You give the email address the subscription is under and confirm; you receive an email confirmation. Your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. Cancel a subscription →
Will the same workout come up twice?
Individual exercise cards recur — that is how you get stronger at them — but the combination you are dealt changes every time. Every draw is seeded, which means a workout you liked can be replayed exactly if you save it as a favourite, and otherwise you get a fresh hand each session. Why variety keeps you training →
Does it track my progress?
Every completed workout is logged automatically — what you trained, when, how long it took, and how many exercises you finished. The history screen shows how your training has balanced across the five suits over time, which is how you notice a suit you have been quietly avoiding.
Are there streaks, badges or reminder notifications?
No, deliberately. DRAWorkout has no streaks, no badges, no confetti and no motivational notifications. It is built to work like a well-made tool rather than a habit trap — missing a session costs you that session and nothing else, and there is no record of consistency to break.
